Important information about the content on our website, our online questionnaire and how we describe our telehealth services.
General information only
The information on the Everion Health website, including our articles and frequently asked questions, is general information about our services and about ADHD. It is not medical advice and does not take your individual circumstances into account. Reading our website does not create a doctor and patient relationship.
Please speak with a qualified health practitioner about your own health before making any decision about assessment or treatment, and do not ignore or delay professional advice because of something you have read on our website.
Advertising of medicines
We do not advertise specific prescription medicines to the public, in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
We describe our consultations and how they work, rather than any medicine or treatment outcome. We aim to advertise our services in accordance with section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) advertising guidelines and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code. We do not publish testimonials about clinical care.
Our online questionnaire
Our online pre-screening questionnaire (shown on our website as “Check your eligibility”) helps you decide whether booking a consultation may be a suitable next step. It does not diagnose ADHD or any other condition, and it does not guarantee that any treatment or medicine will be recommended. Any assessment and every clinical decision is made by a GP during a real-time consultation.
Individual circumstances vary
Individual results vary based on your circumstances. Assessment findings do not guarantee a particular diagnosis, treatment or outcome.
Depending on your circumstances, outcomes of a consultation may include advice, further assessment, a referral, ongoing monitoring, a management plan if it is deemed medically appropriate, or no treatment.
Telehealth
Telehealth is not suitable for all ADHD-related concerns. Your GP may recommend in-person assessment, urgent care, a review by your regular GP, a specialist referral, further investigation or no treatment, depending on your circumstances.
Health information and articles
We aim to keep our health information balanced, accurate and consistent with current Australian clinical guidance, and to use neutral, factual language. Where an article refers to research, we cite the source so you can read it yourself. Health knowledge changes over time, so information may not reflect the latest evidence at the time you read it. Each article shows the date it was published or last updated.
Our GPs
Our consultations are provided by qualified Australian GPs who are registered with the Medical Board of Australia, as all medical practitioners in Australia must be. You can check any practitioner's registration on the AHPRA website.
External websites
Our website links to other websites, such as government and support services. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those websites.

Everion Health does not provide emergency or crisis care. If you are in immediate danger, call 000. For 24-hour crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
You can also reach Lifeline online at lifeline.org.au.
