How it works

A real consultation, not a form.

No tick-and-flick forms. Every Everion consultation includes a real-time conversation with a qualified Australian GP, so your care fits your circumstances.

  1. A person sitting on a sofa at home using a laptop
    01

    Complete a short, confidential questionnaire.

  2. 02

Speak with a qualified Australian GP.

  3. A person speaking on a phone call at home
    03

    Receive personalised guidance, if appropriate.

Coordinated with your existing care, with your consent. Individual results vary.

What’s involved

What an ADHD assessment actually involves.

An assessment works through your history, how things show up in daily life, and what else could account for them. It is a conversation with a qualified Australian GP, and it takes as long as that conversation needs.

  • Your history, in school, work and relationships
  • How things affect you day to day
  • Whether something else could explain it

Common questions

Good to know.

Everyday answers about how Everion works. Can’t find what you’re after? Get in touch.

Is Everion available across Australia?

Yes. Consultations are delivered by telehealth, so you can speak with a qualified Australian practitioner from anywhere in Australia.

Do I need a referral to book?

No referral is needed to book a consultation. With your consent we can coordinate with your existing care where that is helpful.

Will I be prescribed medication?

Not necessarily. A consultation is a conversation about your history and how things affect you. Your GP may recommend advice, further investigation, a referral, ongoing monitoring, a management plan if it is deemed medically appropriate, or no treatment. A consultation does not guarantee any particular diagnosis, treatment or outcome.

Does this replace my regular GP?

No. Everion is designed to complement your existing healthcare, not replace it. Telehealth is not suitable for every situation, and your GP may recommend in-person care, further investigation or a referral depending on your circumstances.

What happens during a consultation?

It is a real-time conversation with a GP. You will talk through your history, how things affect you day to day, and discuss appropriate next steps for your circumstances. There is no obligation to proceed with anything afterwards.

Who will I speak with?

A qualified, registered Australian GP. Every consultation is a genuine, real-time conversation, never an automated questionnaire on its own.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Your health information is handled in line with Australian privacy law and our privacy policy. We only share it with your care team where you have given consent.
